Pegasus Homes advertises in a range of media to promote the apartments, communities and potential lifestyle available when customers move into a Pegasus property.
Purchase price and rental amounts shown are correct at the time of publication and may be a starting price only and subject to change. The purchase price shown is typically a starting price and is exclusive of the service charge, which is payable monthly. Service charge is reviewed annually and may increase or decrease; any changes in the amount paid will be communicated to residents in advance. Rental payments are paid monthly and incorporate rent plus all relevant costs to maintain, manage and staff the community. Rental fees and associated maintenance costs are reviewed annually in line with market rates. Maintenance and running costs within the apartment, such as utilities, broadband, contents insurance, etc., are not included. Please refer to the lease for full details of what is included per community.
The completion dates shown are indicative only and subject to change. Customers affected by the completion date movement will be regularly communicated with and notified in advance if dates cannot be met.
Any incentive or promotion advertised is subject to terms and conditions. The incentive advertised may only be applicable to selected apartments. Unless otherwise stated, financial incentives and promotions that apply to the sale of a property will usually be paid upon completion and usually through discounting the purchase price. Any offer and incentive will be time-bound, and the timescales for completion will be clearly shown on the advertisement or by separate conversation with the sales team.

Incentive terms and conditions
The sky’s the limit sales incentive
(September 2026)
Customers who wish to purchase a home from Pegasus Homes between 1st September 2026 and 28th February 2027 can benefit from the ‘sky’s the limit’ incentive.
The incentive offers a saving off the advertised purchase price at a set value based on the number of bedrooms of the property being purchased. All one bedroom apartments will also benefit from a contribution to the stamp duty land tax payment, applicable on tier 1 SDLT only.
A number of featured properties across a variety of communities will also benefit from the triple incentive, where the purchase price saving, SDLT contribution and one years’ service charge contribution can be saved. This triple incentive is only valid on selected properties.

The minimum saving value for this incentive is £17,500 for a one bedroom property that comprises the set discounted value plus a SDLT contribution. The maximum saving value for this incentive would be £56,000 for a two bedroom property at Highfields that comprises the set discounted value plus the SDLT contribution plus one years service charge contribution. An exclusion to this is one featured property with the triple incentive that has a saving of £107,800.
This incentive is only valid on new reservations made between 1st September 2026 and 28th February 2027 when this incentive ends. Customers who reserve in this timeframe must also complete on the purchase of their Pegasus Home by 30th June 2027. Only selected properties purchased from Pegasus Homes are eligible for this incentive. Private resale homes are excluded from the incentive.
The value of the maximum contribution will be paid upon legal completion as a financial contribution deducted from the purchase price on the completion statement. The customer remains responsible for paying their service charge, council tax and utility bills once they move in.
Pegasus Homes reserves the right to extend, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without notice. This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or incentive.
Steepleton Two Months Rent Free
(July 2026)
Move in by 31st October 2026 and enjoy two months rent free at Steepleton.
Customers looking to rent their new home can enjoy up to £6,500 off their rent if they reserve and move in by 30th September 2026. This incentive equates to a rent-free period of two months, and the rent-free period will apply between months 13 - 15 of the tenancy. The total value of the rent-free period will differ at each community, with the maximum value being £6,500.
This incentive only applies to selected one bedroom apartments at our Steepleton community in Tetbury. To qualify for the promotion, the reservation must be made between 1st July 2026 and 30th September2026, and customers must start their tenancy by 30th September 2026.
This promotion ends on 1st October 2026. Pegasus Homes reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw offers and promotions at any time. This promotion applies only to new lets and re-lets directly from Pegasus Homes.
