Alongside the tranquil river Avon, just a ten-minute walk from the centre of the UK’s original wellbeing hotspot, these stylish riverside homes reflect Bath’s sociable heritage. Most have a patio, balcony or roof terrace, and all benefit from inviting shared spaces that were designed to nurture convivial friendships. Perfectly located for exploring this gem of a city - a World Heritage Site - with its rapid train links to Bristol, London, and all the beauties of the West Country.
In fine weather, explore the landscaped gardens, or enjoy lunch with neighbours on the shared terrace. In cooler months, the hobby room, club room, snug and lounge beckon for get-togethers, both planned and spontaneous. The shared facilities also include a sauna, stretch studio, and treatment room, to help you stay fit and well. And when friends and family come to visit, you can book the guest suite, for a truly 5-star welcome.
There’s always someone to say hello to, or to catch up with, in the stylish and welcoming communal lounge. It’s spacious enough to host larger meetings, gatherings or family celebrations, but cleverly designed so that you can always find a quiet corner too.
If you’ve always dreamed of having your own studio - or maybe you had one prior to downsizing - then let yourself be inspired by this designated creative space. Dabble for the first time, perfect your technique, or embark upon new and exciting projects.
The stretch studio is a serene space to practise yoga by yourself, or take part in a class. You’re welcome, whatever your level of familiarity or skill. Who knows, this might become your favourite interlude of the whole day.
When you feel you deserve a little pampering, book yourself a treatment or a manicure and then pop along to your own on-site spa, any time that suits you. The sauna is a wonderful natural way to soothe away any aches or make sure you feel fully relaxed and at your best.
Luxuriously furnished, with an ensuite shower room, the guest suite is the perfect solution when friends or family have travelled from a distance and you want to make sure they enjoy their visit to the fullest. Think of it as your own very well-appointed spare room. It’s ideal for overnight stays, or even longer, as you wish.
All one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments have the highest-spec kitchens and bathrooms and some additionally have a balcony or terrace, with views of the serene gardens or the beautiful River Avon. Here’s a guide to the apartments that are available to buy at the moment, but circumstances can change at short notice, so contact us if you’re interested in this community.

"After discussing with my son the option to rent, we thought it would be a sensible decision for me. Renting a home comes with less responsibility, yet there was still the option to buy the new home in the future if I wished." Pegasus Homes Resident - Steepleton
