Buying with Pegasus Homes is similar to purchasing a house or an apartment privately, but the whole process is greatly assisted by our team who make the experience as simple and hassle-free as possible, every step of the way. We sell all of our properties on a long term leasehold basis, with leases ranging up to 999 years.
Step 1 - After you’ve visited one of our communities and consulted with one of our sales advisors, you choose the apartment that best suits your requirements.
Step 2 - We’ll discuss your current situation to ensure that living in a Pegasus community is right for you.
Step 3 - A reservation form is drawn up, including all the terms and conditions. Then we ask for a reservation deposit to secure the property.
Step 4 - When we’ve received the completed reservation form and deposit, we can help you appoint a solicitor to act on your behalf. We’ve a panel of recommended solicitors who are familiar with Pegasus Homes, and understand the particulars of purchasing our properties. However, you are under no obligation to use them and we do not receive any commission if you do.
Step 5 - Our sales advisors will be in contact with you throughout the process to answer any questions you may have, while our in-house progression team liaises with the solicitors to answer any enquiries that may arise.
