“We had actually reserved at another retirement development the year before but when our building phase was postponed, we decided to keep looking” added Anne. “That’s when we came across Marlborough. We love that it’s much cosier and intimate compared to some of the larger developments and is designated for independent living so does not have a “care” home feel. We’re very happy with the size of the communal facilities and enjoy socialising with the friends we’ve made.”
